📦 Shipping

Do you offer tracking?
Yes! All our orders come with tracking and delivery confirmation so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax).

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves our hands and is with USPS, UPS, or another carrier, Belvre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If tracking says your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

How long will my order take to ship?
We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Excluding holidays. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Store Credit

Can I return an item for a refund?
We do not offer refunds at this time. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns.

What items can I return?
You can return items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have tags attached, and are free of stains, pet hair, perfume, or odors. Sale items, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, intimates, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

1. Email us at info@belvre.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

2. Ship your item(s) back using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking.

3. Include the original packing slip or a note with your full name and order number.

When will I receive my store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit within 3–5 business days. The credit will be sent via email and is valid for your next purchase.

Does store credit expire?
No! Your store credit does not expire and can be used whenever you’re ready.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping.

🏬 Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup by appointment in Sacramento, CA.

How does local pickup work?

- Before placing your order, please contact us via email (info@belvre.com or DM @shopbelvre) to arrange pickup details and confirm item availability.

- Once approved, choose the “Local Pickup” shipping option at checkout.

- We’ll notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Is there a limit on local pickup orders?
Local pickup is available for in-stock items only. Because items can sell out quickly, we recommend confirming availability before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Select styles are available in plus sizes. Please check product pages for availability.
