At Belvre, we’re so honored you chose to shop with us. Each order is thoughtfully prepared and packed with care—because you're more than a customer, you're part of our community. Please review the details below so there are no surprises during shipping.
🕊️ Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), once payment is clearedWe do not ship on weekends.
- Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will begin processing the next business day.
🛒 Before You Checkout
- Please double-check your cart before placing your order—we’re unable to cancel, edit, add to, or change orders once they’re placed.
- Items are not reserved in your cart—they may sell out before checkout.
- We do not offer price matching for previous orders.
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
- We ship via USPS and UPS and provide tracking on every order.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking info as soon as your order ships.
- Orders will appear as "unfulfilled" until they are shipped.

-Once your package leaves our hands and is with our preferred carriers (USPS or UPS), it’s officially out of our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Transit-related issues
If your tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance.
